Hidden Acres

Hidden Acres Park, Inc, aka HAPI, was formed in 1974, when home construction started on Rolling Acres Drive. The HAPI HOA has been in operation ever since as a volunteer organization. Much has changed throughout the years as children have grown and gone, and residents have moved through. The former amenities of a pool and tennis courts have been reduced to swings and a gazebo in the park. The HOA continues to pay for ten security lights, lawn maintenance on the front entrances as well as taxes and insurance for the park. The current officers are old-timers who would like to see the association continued, brought back to neighborhood family gatherings, such as Halloween parties, Easter Egg hunts, caroling - all of which have brought our neighborhood closer together. Also, the commissioners of our small county tend to pay more attention to a group of homeowners than a single individual. HAPI is as "grass roots" as you can find, and you should be a part of it.
